Speed Walking

Okay am I the only one that just found out that there is a form for speed walking. I did not know this. So today I was at the YMCA running with my mother and there is this lady who is walking fast in a Jerky motion. I asked my mother what that lady was doing and it turns out that that was the form of fast walking. So yeah who knew right.
